Outline of Business

1. To make the sale or purchase of a security;

2. To act as an intermediary, broker or agent for the sale or purchase of a security, trade in market derivatives, or trade in foreign market derivatives;

3. To handle a public offering, public selling (uridashi) or private placement of a security;

4. To act as an agent for the payment of dividends, redemption money or cancellation money arising from securities issued by an investment trust management company;

5. To act as an agent for the distribution of money, return of capital or distribution of residual property or payment of interest or redemption money, arising from securities issued by an investment company;

6. To provide information or advice relating to securities;

7. To make a consultation for other businesses about transfer of business, merger, demerger of corporation, share-for-share exchange or share transfer or an intermediary thereof;

8. To make a consultation relating to management of other businesses;

9. To act as an intermediary for subscription or transfer contract of limited partnership interests;

10. To execute  a partnership agreement prescribed in Article 667 of the Civil Code (Law No. 89 of 1896) or a limited partnership agreement for investment prescribed in Paragraph 1 of Article 3 of Limited Partnership Act for Investment (Act No. 90 of 1998) or to act as an intermediary, broker or agent for executing such agreements;

11. To act as an intermediary, broker or agent for executing an agreement of anonymous partnership prescribed in Article 535 of the Commercial Code (Act No.48 of 1899);

12. To conduct an investment advisory business prescribed in Item 11 of Paragraph 8 of Article 2 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law; and

13. Any other business incidental or relating to any of the foregoing.
